Our Bakery

A homebaker who loves to create.
Jovelia started off with a pure interest in creating beautiful macarons for the people who she loves. Her specialty includes inducing dual and triple swirl on macarons and decorating buttercream cakes.

She has also attended master classes taught by the original korean buttercream flower baker, nana, and has been certified to bake one of the finest floral cakes.

Macarons:

A macaron is a meringue-based confection made from eggs white and almond flour, which is a popular French dessert.
Here at Batterlogy, we use the freshest ingredients to bake our macarons. We do not use artificial flavoring as we blend in fresh fruits and authentic tea leaves into our buttercream filling. We have also moderated the sweetness of our macarons and guarantee that they are suitable for all ages.

With that, we assure that you could enjoy your favorite chewy treat while being health conscious.

We bake the finest cakes that are customised to our customers. We provide quality korean buttercream flowers.
